How can I order fabrics online?
Simply browse our collection, choose the fabric you like, select the color and the number of meters you want, and add it to your cart.

On the product page, what does “number of meters” mean?
All our fabrics are sold by the meter (1 meter = approx. 1.09 yards). For example, if you order 3 meters and the fabric width is 1.5 m, you will receive a continuous piece of fabric that is 3 meters long (≈3.28 yards) and 1.5 meters wide (≈1.64 yards).

Do the photos on the website reflect the actual fabric?
We make every effort to ensure that the photos accurately represent the true color and feel of the fabrics. However, please note that colors may vary slightly due to different screen settings.

Do you have a physical store?
No, sales are online only.

Can I return or cancel an order?
Orders can be canceled at no cost only if the fabric has not yet been cut. Once the fabric is cut to your order, it cannot be returned. Please see our Return & Cancellation Policy for details.

How do you ship fabrics and how long does delivery take?
Orders are shipped directly to your address with express courier service. Delivery usually takes up to 7 business days. For more details, please see our Shipping Policy.

Do you offer wholesale fabric purchases?
At the moment, wholesale orders are not available through our U.S. website.
